Walking distance to downtown Gold Beach, stores, banks, bookstore and coffee house. All utilities are paid with cable TV, local phone (no long distance) and high speed internet. Smoking allowed only on patio outside. No pets. Available by the month only (one month minimum): $850 per month furnished. Last month also charged for stays of two or more months. Refundable security deposit is $300.
