One pet on approval with $300 refundable deposit. Long term rental (six months or longer): $2500 mo. with first and last months required up front.

kitchen amenities, all linens, washer and dryer. Sleeps 6 with use of queen sofabed. All utilities paid including local phone, and satellite TV (2 TVs).
Walk to public beach. $125 per night (3 night minimum), $800 per week, $2500 per month, $500 refundable security deposit. One pet on
approval with $200 deposit.
